        Dont rent any of their property. They dont take care of their property at all. You have to use your money to do repair that was suppose to be done by the property management. They are worst they just want the money. Run away!!!

        I have been with them for 4 years but they are the worst property management organization here in Baltimore. They have mold in their property and rats. Worst of all, they are disrespectful to their tenant. All the tenants are leaving their property especially 6037-6029 liberty Rd Gwynnoak MD 21207 and they dont know what they are doing( just your rent and to increase it)If you want to see your business grow, dont rent from them bco they will kill that business for you.

      We have carefully checked our records to know if you have once applied or are one of our residential or commercial tenants. It seems you are not in our records but we are willing to know who you are and what went wrong. We currently don't have any complaints from our tenants as all our properties are in very good habitable conditions. The tenants we have issues with are those owing multiple months in rents due to one reason or the other.
