        I was referred to Mai by my mother and she did a great job on my first cut. When I went back the second time my hair was butchered. I asked for a trim and she started hacking the length off with her razor, not her scissors/shears. Ive never seen anyone do that. The back, side, and front are all different lengths with chunks missing (naturally). Ill have to pay another salon to fix whats left (which isnt much).
