        I visited Belinda's salon when it was Salon Haven and had Carrie style my hair. It was the first salon I ever visited. My haircut and highlights were amazing. Belinda and her assistant Carrie are incredible stylists and very skilled and professional.

        EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! I had an appointment on a Monday at 11:30 AM (note: not very early!). I chose this salon even though there were some negative reviews because you could book online, and I received several confirmation emails. Well, I got there and the place was closed-- lights out, door locked. I tried calling and no one picked up. I waited a bit and then I left-- after googling their hours, which also said they were closed on Mondays. Later I noticed that I had a voicemail from 11:46 asking where I was and if I was coming for my appointment. Where am I? WHERE WERE YOU? I called to inquire and the front desk person did not seem concerned at all that they no-showed my appointment. I was ready to pay a lot of money for this. Choose somewhere else!!!
