I went here for the first time today and am thrilled with my results! I got a lash lift and brow lamination with shaping. Both are fantastic and the staff was very friendly. I will definitely be a returning customer :)

I always leave satisfied from my appointments, I get my eyebrows threaded, lash extensions, and recently tried lash tint. I am happy with the work from any of the ladies doing my eyebrows but I have recently been going Urja for my brows and lashes and she is amazing, great service, always asks if I am comfortable, takes her time with me to make sure I am happy with the services. Also great prices!

I recently visited this salon for eyelash extensions and an eyebrow lift, and unfortunately, my experience fell significantly short of my expectations. Despite providing clear instructions regarding the desired outcome for both services, the results were disappointing. My eyelash extensions began falling out in less than five days, with nearly half of them gone prematurely. Additionally, my eyebrows were shaped much thinner than requested, and despite undergoing an eyebrow lift, I observed no noticeable improvement. For the services rendered, being charged $170 felt unjust, considering the unsatisfactory outcome and the lack of attention to the instructions provided. While I understand the challenges small businesses face, I was truly disappointed by this experience and feel compelled to share my feedback in hopes of preventing similar experiences for others.
