        I have been banking for years in this institution. Today 1/4/24 I referred my brother to open an account with M&T because I have always received great customer service. This afternoon we arrived 30 minutes before closing time and were greeted 3 minutes before 4PM by Jessica. I also have to say that No one even greeted us when we first arrived at the Bank. She then asked a series of question about what we were looking for. We responded that we wanted to open a checking account and that we were always happy with M&T Bank. Then Jessica carefully reviewed our documents and she told us that she couldnt help us and that they were closing at 4PM. I felt disappointed with her. We felt her decision was biased after looking through our documents. The transaction also felt like she was rushing us out of the bank. It also look like she didnt want to be there and she wasnt interested in helping anyone after 3:30Pm. I guess will take our business elsewhere since we are not welcome there.
