Hi my names Todd mcquin, my wife and I were first time home buyers. During the pandemic house buying was a extremely tough market. Before we met Matt houses were being purchased before we had time to make an offer, we met Matt on a wed and our offer had been accepted by Friday night!! He was clear and precise and honest and upfront about what we needed to do and when and how and everything anybody could need to know!
