Dear Mr. Chavez,We are very sorry for the issues you experienced with the Rent Manager online portal software system when you initially set up your account with the wrong property management company. I know that correcting your mistake to have your payment reversed was very frustrating and time consuming for you. Then more recently when your payment method failed to process in Rent Manager for an unknow reason and you had to change your payment method to get your payment processed, this was even more frustrating for you.Please know that we make every effort to make payments easy for our customers. Using third-party payment processor like Rent Manager can sometimes lead to situations that we do not directly control, and again we are sorry for the issues you experienced with Rent Manager. You are always able to mail in or drop your payment in the future if you feel like the Rent Manager software is not working well for you.

We received emails from a woman named Jennifer who says that she represents your interests in the above referenced space per the lease dated August 31, 2018 between Carroll Plaza, LLC and Q168, LLC. In the email she reported a leak within your Premises. As you know per Section 23 Repairs and Maintenance of said lease, you are responsible for all repairs and maintenance at the Premises. During my email communication with Jennifer, I attempted to ask some basic questions to determine if the leak active right now to gauge the severity of the issue and if you had done anything to investigate the leak per your lease since it is close to copper pipes at the Premises. Your representative then became aggressive and combative in the emails, refusing to answer the questions and was extremely unprofessional. I then attempted to phone your representative to talk to her about the issue and was met with the same aggressive combative tone even after letting her express herself. Therefore, we will no longer deal with this representative and will only deal with those that have signed the lease going forward. In order to be of assistance, we need to be able to talk to calm professional people that can answer basic questions to ascertain what steps need to be taken. Please note that we are still waiting for an answer on if the location of the leak outside the front doors to verify that it is only outside the restaurant before sending a technician to investigate and repair it.Please give me a call at 301.663.8383 to discuss, but no steps can be taken to determine the issues until we can speak with a professional individual to get some basic questions answered as opposed to simply going onto google and posting a review when you have never spoken to us directly.
