        Sent a technician out twice. They were unable to diagnose the issue with my AC. They kept making and canceling appointments then eventually just stopped returning my calls. They ghosted me and the home warranty company.

      Hi Megan, we apologize for the inconvenience and confusion. We did diagnose the issue and shared all the information with the warranty company. After that, unfortunately for several reasons, we did not continue working with the warranty company. At that time, they shared they would be reassigning any current customers/claims as we were not continuing the work. I'm not sure why they would say we ghosted them as we worked with them to share all the information. Once anyone stops any work with the warranty company, we were told they would handle it from there. We are happy to call them and figure out what is going on and why this wasn't figured out, but again we did explain all this to them as to what's going on.
