What can I say! I have found my work out home! The owners, Tommy and Nga are so hands on. They take time to explain everything, including the proper ways to do an exercise, to nutritional details crucial for my success! The facility is top notch and super clean! Super exited for the future!

If you're looking for a motivational, highly professional, clean, and fun place to workout, look no further than Frederick FBBC. The coaches are encouraging and energetic! They will come and challenge you to go heavier on the weights or try a more advanced version of the exercise which is highly appreciated. I never leave feeling unaccomplished.

I cannot speak highly enough of Frederick Fit Body Boot Camp. My sister and I travelled from England to visit our aunt (part of the FBBC family) & Coach Tommy and the team were kind enough to welcome us and allow us to join the workouts with her for the duration of our time in Maryland! The 30 minute workouts are the best I have ever tried - just the right amount of time for the intensity level & more sustainable to attend regularly in the work week. The style of the classes and atmosphere in there is so motivating as you truly feel like part of a community, that feeling is one-of-a-kind.
Not to mention, the equipment and facilities are all fabulous and the people are so sweet - there is no judgement and everyone is there to do great things. Could not recommend more!!!
