I can't recommend Soldierfit enough and the Herd program is phenomenal. I've tried numerous programs and gyms previously, but the customization with trainers who have done it before, know what to look out for and know how to hold you accountable and at the same time are encouraging and understanding is the right mix. My daughter recently joined with me and soon I'll have the whole family on the ride. The culture of support and focus on helping each person reach their goals is second to none. Highly recommend!!!

If you are looking for a place where you feel comfortable, supported, but pushed to your potential then youve come to the right place! Soldierfit of Frederick is not just a gym. Its a community of likeminded supportive people who are there to better themselves while encouraging others. Youre always welcomed with a hello and wished a good rest of the day as you leave. The facilities are clean, stocked with everything needed for a great workout, and there is always plenty of equipment available to use. The trainers are knowledgeable, skilled and attentive as you go through the classes, watching and providing support and guidance to match the participants current ability and skill level while still pushing to reach your potential. I just completed my first 12 weeks in their accountability program, The Herd, where I received personalized programing and Im signed up to continue. I would absolutely recommend Soldierfit Frederick to anyone who is looking to begin their fitness journey and has no idea how to get started, those who have tried but havent found their groove, or experienced people who are looking to continue and grow even more. 5 starts all the way!

Even though I only have been a member for 3 months, I would say that Soldierfit has given me the much needed push to get back into fitness and taking care of health and wellness. Kevin have been very supportive and given me a program tailored to my goals. Danny's coaching calls are very encouraging and motivating. I have never been to any other gyms and experienced coaching the way that Soldierfit does where the coaches look at a holistic view to ensure that you are on the right track towards your fitness goals. Highly recommended!
