Yesterday, April 10, I went to deposit at that branch. The cashier, Karla, was very rude and had a bad attitude. I asked her what was happening and she said that she was like that. Horrible experience.

My account was closed unexpectedly and without a reason. I have never been so embarrassed trying to make a payment from my account, and I can't use it.

I went here to check on an account. Moe was beyond helpful. He was patient, he answered my questions and took care of everything for me quickly. He is a great asset to this location.

The bank dispenses any amount you may need in the ATM machine, so there is no need to worry

Worse bank ever, got a personal check from my customer went there to cash it out! After 10 minutes, cashier tells me she needs to verify the check with owner of the account! He verified after calling 2 times, than she ask me if a had a account i said no! I gave all my info to them my id other cards from other banks.. and still couldnt cash it out than they wanted my social security!?!? Amazing i dont have on my packet so i wasnt able to do anything after 30min.. very upset i left the check at the desk and told them to keep it!! Since they want to give me the money, i will make sure their customer knows what tyoe of bank they have.. worthless
