Unprofessional and uncaring. I was told I would receive a refund from a woodforest bank error and that months ago. I was told personal checks that were ordered were on the way and it turns out they were not. I really do not know where all these five stars comes from and anyone with that many I would be cautious about. You are dealing with people's livelihoods and it doesn't seem to matter at this branch. They are fine as long as you do not ask them to do the simplest of things. I am currently shopping for a new bank and once that happens it will be a relief as I won't need to hound a bank over checks and money
