Nice modern Apartments homes in Frederick, MD. Spacious units. Nice, quiet, clean neighborhood. Many residents speak highly of the friendliness and helpful nature of the staff and leasing office personnel as well as the timelines and professionalism of the maintenance staff. All Homes appear to have washers and dryers in every unit. Pool and fire pit in the community. Some residents do raise some concern about the length of the application process however, and the somewhat invasive nature of some of the questions regarding sources of income. However, some will appreciate this thoroughness so as to ensure the community continues to be filled with qualified and respectable individuals and families whom residents will be glad to call neighbor.

I am a resident at the fred . It is a great place to live , the apartments are modern and have a luxury feel . The location is perfect with great views all around . The property has a great upkeep and Claudia , the leasing manager is the best . A Very kind helpful woman . I would recommend 10/10

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR SEVERAL REASONS!, ONE IS SUPPOSED TO BE LOW RESOURCE APARTMENTS AND THEY ARE VERY EXPENSIVE, AT NO TIME DO THEY HELP PEOPLE ON THE CONTRARY, IT'S AS IF THEY ARE SEEKING TO NOT QUALIFY YOU ANYWAY, BUT THE KIND OF PEOPLE THERE ARE IN THESE MOMENTS WORKING THERE WITH HISPANIC ARE TERRIBLE, ESPECIALLY A WOMAN OF ARGENTINE ORIGIN, A BAD TALKED DESPOT AND ABOVE ALL, DOES NOT HAVE THE CAPACITY FOR WHAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICES, FOR THAT AND THE POORLY MAINTAINED APARTMENTS THAT ARE IN CONDITIONS OF HUMIDITY AND BAD SMELL THEY ARE REMAINING EMPTY, ALSO PUTTING IN RED THE CRIME ZONE THEY ARE IN, A BAD EXPERIENCE LIVED AND WASTE OF TIME THAT MAKES THESE PEOPLE SPEND FOR MORE THAN A WEEK, DO NOT GO THERE IF THEY DO NOT WANT TO SPEND A WEEK BAD TIME!!!
