Urban Green Apartments

I did not visit the apartment's but looked at the exterior detailing and craftsmanship. It was very poorly executed and made me wonder how well the rest of the exterior and interior was built.

I lived there more than 10 months in one of the apartment # 207.When I left the apartment, i kept my apartment so clean but they always try to find the way to grab your security deposit .. moreover will charge you more when you leave the community by showing and threatening you to send it to collection Office. Terrible experience after leaving.. charged with unnecessary stuff without showing proper evidences. I will never recommend to anyone such a unprofessional behavior.

Great amenities, amazing staff, and beautiful grounds. Diversity of residents and great location for access to many different restaurants, gas stations and grocery stores nearby.

I dont even know where to begin with this place. If youre wondering if this is a good place to move intoIT IS NOT!!! Since the very beginning, when we moved in. We had a broken dishwasher, that I didnt even realize it was working until like a week after our move in date. The apartment was SOO dirty!! There were grey hairs all over the apartment floor and dust on the countertops.???? There was also hair in our bathtub like are you kidding me? I got an allergic reaction on my skin from the carpet, I had to get a professional to clean it because it was really bad. The toilet seat was broken!! Oh and I almost forgot, our sliding door was also not locking, and we were on the first floor so for them not to at least check on that is insane. Also you can literally hear your neighbors conversations through the walls, they are ridiculously thin and there is no privacy. There was an incident that happened in which I was attacked and assaulted by my crazy neighbor next door and they completely disregarded my concerns and complaints. Unfortunately I got a Karen as a neighbor and she had issues, like Im talking this crazy lady sprayed pepper spray on my apartment door. Keep in mind I was 7 months pregnant when this all happened! The manager there didnt even ask us to give in our part of the story and proceeded to just go ahead with the crazy persons side!! And now on top of that they were trying to charge me an extra month of rent??? Dont move here youll regret it sooner rather than later. No need to answer me Rachel Im just warning the people of what a dirt hole you all are running :)
