This place has gone downhill since I moved here. When I first moved in a few years ago it had well maintained grounds and residences. Maintenance was ran so smoothly that they did upkeep on appliances, lighting and a/c and heat. Youre not going to get that kind of service currently. If you think you will be compensated for inconvenience or unanswered service calls. Youre not! Youll be referred to your own Renters Insurance. I could go on but this like all my calls will just sit here. UPDATE NOT REALLY Its terrible that weve been back and forth about my food freezing in the fridge. I had three service requests for this, two people in management did a request to maintenance. Six visits from 4 maintenance people and Ive been wasting money and time since Jan 30th and my fridge is still freezing food and milk. But Im still expected to pay my rent again. Proper management wouldve personally came or got me another working fridge before the end of February AT LEAST. What are my options at this point!
