        It's rental units. Thankfully rates are fairly cheap for the cost of living today. They do background checks on guests who are more like tenants... It has become more like efficiency apartments. They do pest control which is nice and offer monthly rates. Management is decent and helps get things done for the tenants.

      Hello Thomas, thank you for taking the time to review. I don’t remember speaking to you or having you as a tenant, but this business is no longer a motel. We are a short term-long term rental community.
