My insurance in the last year went from $220 per month to almost $150 extra total being $370 I added my mom's car for 140$ per month, so now I pay over $500 bucks monthly, ridiculous, nobody has explained to yet how this was able to happen!!! I'm ready to shop around for better company!!!

I have been with Semones Agency: Allstate Insurance for over 30 years for both my home(s) and our cars. Tonya is not only knowledgeable but is a "friend" to her clients. When going through a separation and divorce, she was so supportive and guided me through some turbulent situations. Tonya's assistants (Cami and Tina) are very responsive to emails and have assisted with my questions and claims over the years. I recently had a situation with one of their in-network repair shops and Tina immediately reached out to the claims dept and my problem was addressed and we were reimbursed for excessive rental charges incurred due to their in-network repair shop's delay in completing our repairs. They step up for their clients. I can't recommend them enough!
