    As an Allstate customer and prior Allstate Agent, I have never seen such a lack of regard, disrespect and misinformation. I called into this office twice to have a car added and another car removed. Simple process...however, both times it was never done. When I called in the 3rd time, I was berated and told, "I'm trying to do too much" ...meanwhile, I'm driving around in an uninsured car. Then I was lied to and told that they could not back date my insurance to the day of my initial call...I definitely don't feel like I'm in Good Hands so I'll be removing all of my policies from the hands of Todd and his staff!

    These guys are THEE worse of THEE worse. Everything is a joke with them. Tom and Todd customer service is horrible and not to mentions liars. I will be switching my agency in about in a few minutes. What's the point of having them when you have to do everything yourself

    Too many mistakes made, not updated on our accounts even after talking by phone about changes, like retirement and age group. Also, they never combined our auto and home insurance for a discounted rate. So weve been over charged a lot with no reimbursement or apologies. This month we havent received our bill which is due in 5 days. Our account was also taken over from Joyce Covington, agent. She was awesome! Most people in Zorens office seem to be bothered by your presence and problems. I dont believe he has ever even said hello when Ive been there. Good thing you werent a waiter by choice! We all keep you in business. A little appreciation would be nice.

    I should have known from the reviews, I would be walking into a nightmare, but that was not presented in the beginning. Todd is hyperactive, insensitive, anti-social and very unprofessional.

It is our understanding that you have multiple cars on the policy. Some cars suspended. The policy has had many changes over the last few months. An agent cannot back date a policy in the system. Especially, for a car purchased in August. The auto should have been called in August, and not October to be added to the policy. The rules and regulations the agents are a lot different today than when you worked for Allstate years ago. No changes can be back dated or made when a policy bill has not been paid. From the looks of the policy the bill has been paid late, and changes had to be made when the policy was in active status. The changes were made on the day you called in October.

Ms. Dorn. We have done nothing wrong. Allstate does not get into removing a family member from a policy without the proper steps. It is 100% not our job to get into a family dispute. We are sorry you cannot remove a family member with just a phone call from your policy. It is a requirement to send to Allstate in written format , and sign a exclusion form. We will follow proper policy and procedures.
