        Today I had an issue with my Amazon prime membership through Metro. I was on the phone with Metro customer service and Amazon customer service for hours. After getting no result and being extremely frustrated with both companies, I drove to the Metro store in Woodbridge Center. Rodrigo, the Metro employee, understood my frustration. He contacted customer service & within 5 minutes the issue was corrected! Thank you so much Rodrigo!!! I will definitely suggest a store visit before multiple customer service calls

        I called in to ask one simple question and the man who answered the phone was super disrespectful dismissive and condescending!! I was inquiring about an upgrade for my brother and he was really being a jerk. Thats exactly why I have AT&T I cannot stand the in person customer service for metro
