The hotel itself is fine. Rooms are very quiet and you dont hear people slamming doors all night or people making a lot of noise. Biggest complaint was that the air unit in our room wasnt functional. It was stuck blowing super cold air when it was already cold outside and nothing worked to try to get the interface to work. No issues otherwise.

We were visiting the area for our anniversary. We stayed in room 334. The room seemed clean as well as the hotel. Very large room with a very large love tub. The love tub was very deep and wide. The bed was horrible. Very horrible needs replaced. Breakfast here sucked. But it sure was a nice love tub.

Never ever will I stay here the front desk staff Ken is rude and doesnt have the experience to work at McDonalds I made a reservation and tried to cancel on line, called several times no answer.. Called to see if I could get any of my money back or a discount on another stay. He threatened to hang up on me because I didnt have my reservation number. Then he act like I was interrupting his lunch. When he finally accepted my name and found the number. He told me call back at 5 when his supervisor was there and disconnected the line. Unfortunately this franchise is owned and backed byHILTON SUITES. I guess customer service dont mean anything when 116.00 is toilet paper to some people.
