My experience at Fox Run was good the first year but afterwards everything went down. They raise the price about $200 a year with no amenities only washer and dyer. The kids from across the street come to our neighborhood to smoke weed and sleep in our stairways. Management never addressed the problem told us to call the cops. When i moved out they charged me for a stain on a the carpet that was there prior to me moving in

EDIT - just moved out this year! Lived here for a little over 4 years, leasing was always wonderful and easy to work with and maintenance was always super nice and helpful. The layout of the apartment was great - I loved the balcony.

This is my first apartment, and it has set a good standard for my expectations! I moved from PA, and Sherlene and Jamie in the office were excellent working with me over the phone and email for me to get everything set up before move-in. The updater app also included with my move-in was also amazing!
I did have a couple problems at move-in with my dishwasher, microwave, security, and a handful of little things, but Jamie and Maintenance were great, and they were all fixed within the first couple of weeks. For a unit with all of these things and a washer & dryer included, the price is great compared to other places I looked at in the area.
There is a fire station across the road, but I am used to that from where I lived before, and I do not think it goes off too often. Other than that I think it is a really quiet community, and all of my neighbors seem really nice. I'm glad to be living at Fox Run!
