This place is disgusting to much drug trafficking in and out of 1738 Deerwood Court I thought this was a safe environment, but you got convicted felons lurking in the area selling drugs to kids!

I haven't even moved here yet and I'm starting to think this is a bad idea. The staff has been very rude to me I forgot to get names, but I'm going to someone in higher position. One lady talked down on me like I was dirt underneath her shoes, I'm currently on the waiting list and have been for going on a year now. The phones just ring and ring. Please get some women in the front office that love the tenants and are kind to people applying

If you dont mind a bunch of heathen adults fighting and cussing every other day, blasting music at unruly hours of the night, setting cars on and armies of relentless screaming kids that lasts from 10 am to 10 pm that completely trash the community, along with police and/or military police constantly busting the teen junkies and drug dealers in the neighborhood and at the gas station, then youre good to go!! And, I have to agree with Brandi Ulrich, they stay intruding your privacy with constant and unnecessary inspections, then leave threatening notes on your door by threatening to terminate your lease if you dont do the job theyre supposed to do!!

The harassment from the complex is disgusting. I pay my rent to be left alone yet every other day theyre leaving notes in doors conducting inspections with open threats and never answer their phones so you can actually speak to them. My first year here there was maybe two inspections the whole year, now with new management they had a month long inspection saying your home can be entered at any time and not even a week after that month time frame ANOTHER INSPECTION. Absolutely ridiculous, stop harassing your tenants! I will be getting out of here as soon as possible, do not rent here.
