        My experience with Marie, my sales representative was spectacular. I wanted to know more about culinary knives. She was well-versed on the topic and quite a patient instructor. She and Sam, the general manager helped me to understand the leaf systems on a couple of dining tables. I was only there for a short while getting advance information for some needed purchases. They treated me the same as though I were buying that day.

        Great in-store experience with Kelly. Easily answered questions regarding coffee grinders with her own experiences and made good recommendations. Store did not have the product in stock but able to order and ship to home within a few days.
