DO NOT hire this company whatsoever!!! DO NOT get fooled by the nice pics on the website. Do not match the quality of their work at all!! Above all the locations in Jessup and Columbia. We hired them to have a professional work done in a reasonable time (bathroom & kitchen renovation) and the experience was a total disaster: 1. Mistakes since the beginning with our selection and measurements plus constant delays: They placed wrong cabinets in our bathroom and kitchen and we had to fight hard to get the mistake fixed. 2. Sketchy with the deposit: after negotiating the price of the full project and giving them $1000 deposit, Adam tried to avoid including the deposit within the price we negotiated. 3. Asking for payments all the time with little work done: While not even 20% of the whole project was done we had already payed them 70%. Adam even wanted another payment while the kitchen was not even functional yet. 4. We were told the whole project was going to take 3-4 months. Took a year with constant calls from us because of the lack of updates and communication. We went to the MC Office of Consumer Protection in Rockville and the investigator Michelle Escobar helped us incredibly well to move things forward, otherwise we dont even know when the project would have been finished. Again, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY WHATSOEVER!!! Unless you want to suffer.

This is hands down the worst experience Ive ever had with a remodeling contractor. I have an 11x12 kitchen remodel, which I gutted and replaced the floors myself. I signed the contract on Dec 31, 2022. Work was supposed to begin start of June - it got delayed because they ran over on another project. Meanwhile I had already gutted my kitchen and replaced my floors a month prior, so no kitchen. We started end of June. So many oversightsso many delays and contractor no shows! They left their trash on site until I said somethingthree times! Then when 70% of the work was done, crickets. They wouldnt return calls. The project managerwho is that? Oh you assigned me a new one, who was the first one? The new one was better but he couldnt force the contractors to come and finish the smaller work needed, they get paid on large tasks. The general manager personally told me he would be a part of the project but nope, he kept delegating to the project manager who cant force contractors to do their jobs. Some cabinet panels came in the wrong size and were reordered in June when we realized and its now December 1st and I still dont have my panels. Ive called several times over the last few months and no one knows what the ETA on their panels are when I was told the cabinet company does 4 week rush orders if they make a mistake. In the last 6 weeks, I called the general manager Adam, no return call. I called the Regional Manager, Mike Apkinar, no answer. I left a message for the VP, Mustafa, no response!! This is so unreal. This has been the longest 6 month kitchen remodel. They told me 2-3 weeks to completion for this kitchen - LMAOOOO Im so pissed I want to sue. Worst money spent.

I recently had my basement remodeled by NV kitchen and bath and I was beyond satisfied with their work. They did a very good and efficient job for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend using their services!
