        Service department is trying to get one up on me. And Im sure they do it to others trying to charge me over double the price on a routine transmission service. I called two Acura dealers that werent Hunt Valley and they literally said half the cost Acura automation quoted me. I asked to speak to the service manager, I was told I would get a call before the service department closes. Never got that call. I was told I would receive a call the same day by the service manager george. Seems that the service manager george is unprofessional and rude based off this So as you can tell I am very unhappy. My family has bought a cars from Bob Frankel himself. Its disgraceful what this dealership has turned into. Very disappointing. Makes me not want to come back.

        Even while the showroom was under construction, my wife and I had a pleasant experience purchasing a new car here. No pushy sales tactics, quick service viewing cars, and very reasonable and respectful employees, including our sales agent, Will. Highly recommend AutoNation Acura in Hunt Valley if you are looking to purchase a new Acura
