image Hit a pothole and popped my tire. Chevy Chase Acura was able to squeeze me in an hour before close to get my tire replaced. Quick and friendly service. Will definitely be coming to this Acura dealership to service my Acura from now on.

image After having getting fantastic service for sox years at this location Im wrapping up one of the worst customer experiences in years. I have brought car in twice for significant brake noise and been told there is no issue. However the service and communication has been terrible
especially in comparison to normal experience. It took five call simply to get my car picked up with no call backs from Joe my advisor, and now they have missed the window for dropping off my car and when I called to find out when it was coming in I was told it would be soon and they did not know; after which Jermaine hung up on me (first time from a luxury service center).
I dont know what is going on, but not sticking around to find out. Love the brand; but the service center probably just lost the dealership my next car.

He helped me get the best deal possible on the vehicle. Super friendly, knowledgeable and top customer service were provided. Roy and Mike, manager, made me feel like a friend not just another customer.

image My service advisor is Rick Aldrige and he is fantastic. When you call anyone who answers is always very polite. I have to wait for my car while its being serviced because Chevy Chase Acura is so far from where I live. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. When I bought my car the sales person was Fred, and he made the experience easy, fast and great. I cant say enough good about them.

image Was a fairly decent experience. Was thankful I wasnt harassed while waiting to get put in a new car. Anyways, I went there for routine A1 service. I was asked about additional service (wheel balancing) and specify said I was not interested.
When I ask given the bill it included the wheel balancing. I refused to pay for the service that I specifically refused and they thankfully honored that. Jeff the Tech I was working with, was excellent for getting that whole thing fixed up. However, I couldnt help but feel like a less assertive person would have just accepted the service department's attempt to overlook my request and cost themselves money.
(Like I feel about most dealerships) This made me feel like I couldnt trust them too much. It felt like yet another attempt to get extra money anywhere they could.
I guess I would go back again because Ill likely need maintenance done and there arent that many other Acura dealerships in my area of MD part of the DMV.
