        I HAD TO CALL EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE MARCH 10 AT 8AM.I DID NOT HAVE MY KEYS TO MY APT. NO ONE CAME BY 1030AM. I HAD TO CALL AGAIN. ON THE SECOND CALL I WAS TOLD THAT MY FIRSTREQUEST WAS NOT DISPATCHED. MAINTENANCE PERSON CAME 25 MINUTES AFTER MY SECOND CALL.

        I have been living here for over 20 years and have really enjoyed my time here. The maintenance crew is especially good, always professional, friendly and efficient. And customer service folks are delightful. I could not ask for better . If you have a concern, they listen and take care of the situation. The one issue that is frustrating is the laundry kiosk machines to add money to your laundry cards never seem to work. Henderson Webb needs to monitor this company more to provide better service. During the Covid 19 time Whispering Hills was proactive and responsive and the halls and laundry room were cleaned. I do wish they would vet the potential renters more carefully as some folks have been sketchy. But it generally feels safe living here. They are very professional in their actions. It has been a good choice for me
