        Maintenance always responds in a timely manner and solves any issues that I have. I tell them when Im not going to be home and everything is done by the time I return. I have lived in 2 different properties managed under Henderson-Webb. Aside from the stomping of the upstairs neighbor (which is out of management's control) I haven't had any major issues. Staff is always courteous and helpful.

        I moved in almost two weeks ago and upon moving in I was told there was no screen in the bedroom and it would be fixed same day. It wasnt, I had to call the leasing office twice to get this resolved, but the service once received was great. The maintenance guy was kind and quick. The screen is great and its been nice being able to have the window open since the weather has been so pleasant. The woman at the leasing office, Erin, is also really wonderful and when I called back the second time she really made sure they were coming out to fix it. Overall a good experience.
