Hunt Club Apartments

One of the best community in Cockeysville. It is near to Food Lion, Target and Walmart. Resturant like Sangam and Shah Halal. Leasing officers and members are very helpful. Maintaince is also good and on time as per the priority of the issue.

All the time is the same the water is cut off without notifying people at the times that it is most needed in the afternoon and at night you never find parking there are abandoned cars they don't even let you wash your own car at night when you have to walk to the apartment where one lives there is not good lighting

My husband and I have lived here at Hunt Club Apartments since 2009 and we love it here! I have lived in several apartment complexes over the years and I can tell you, Hunt Club is the best! Kim, Sue and Jenn in the office are so nice and very helpful. They treat us as neighbors and friends, not just a rent check. Even though there are only 2 maintenance persons, issues are responded to promptly with major/emergency issues taking priority. In the winter, the sidewalks and roads get cleared as quickly as possible. I would recommend Hunt Club Apartments to anyone!

One of the best apartment in Cockeysville. It is associated with Padonia International School which is also one of the best school in nearby area. It is very near to Groceries shops like Walmart, Target and Food Lion. Restaurants like Sangam. Well connected to bus stop (bus no 93) although few times bus gets cancelled, please refer Google maps for live status. Although little expensive than other communities nearby but the best thing with this community is all utilities are included other than electricity. You have option to set your room temperature independently. Washing machine and dryer in within your apartment. Leasing process is very smooth and leasing officers are good. Maintenance is also very good and on time. You have swimming pool, gym, childern park and bench on parks. There are no Lifts in any of the communities in this area as all are upto 3 floors only. Few issues people here face are like apartment gate locker system is very very bad (many faced automatic gate locked on weekends), car parking is a problem specially in Reldas Road, floor is wooden you can hear noises. Overall good to live here than any other communities nearby and the problem mostly people face here are less compared to other communities and it can be very easily rectified if management gets proper feedback to look for some solutions.

Cockroaches and mice everywhere after living her for 3 weeks. Kim, the manager yells at tenants when they bring up and issue. My daughter has disabilities and has a severe medical issue so we can not love with mice and bugs crawling everywhere. Lies for weeks were told to me about maintance knowing these issues but they didn't come. Come to find out, maintance never knew.
