      image I got a letter from them saying that they were adding someone named Takeshia Jackson to my policy. I called my local agent's office and told them I didn't know anyone by that name. She had me do an e-sign stating as such. A few days later, I received a letter saying that my insurance was going to be raised. Reason? Addition of an operator. I have called the local office, sent emails to the local office and headquarters telling them I didn't add any operators. Just got a letter saying if I don't pay $67.09 by May 21 to cover the additional operator THAT I DID NOT ADD, then I will be assessed a late fee.SO frustating!!
