I have been with Allstate for 38 years; over 30 of which has been with Timothy Wessel: Allstate Insurance. Need I say more? They are absolutely the best! Whether I call or come by the office to discuss a policy, inquire about a claim or review a coverage scenario, Michelle, Tim and Dave are super attentive, proactively helpful and very knowledgeable. They will spend as much time as is needed to make certain your insurance requirements are met; never rushed. They provide good old-fashioned personalized customer service. I recently had a very complicated claim with numerous moving parts. With their assistance in reviewing my policy coverages, advice on opening the claim and the ongoing support they provided during the claims process, including proactively communicating with the Allstate claims team on my behalf, a potentially trying claims experience was made a whole lot less stressful.

Tim (and his staff) are the best insurance people I have ever dealt with. It is refreshing to have someone who you can actually call and that will respond to your questions.
