I spoke with this company the day prior to my scheduled appointment. They told me they would be out to my house between 10AM- 1PM. The day of my appointment, I called them at 1:30PM because no one has shown up to my house. I was able to speak to the representative, they told me that they lost track of time and could be at my house later on that evening, we rescheduled to 5pm. By 5:10, no one had shown up to my house nor called and communicated. I called them at 5:10 and the again at 5:30, no one answer or showed up to my property. This company is completely unprofessional. Use at your own risk.

The service was good. They did fix what I needed to be done. The problem came with management or the receptionist. She called me and told me my total was $2,300 and I need to pay half to book my appointment. I paid $1,200 with a balance of $1,100. After my service was complete she called me and told me my balance was $3,800. After we went back and force with that she told me it was a mix up my balance is $1,800. I know she was wrong but I went ahead and paid it but requested my documents with what they did and how much I've paid. It's been 3 weeks and I havent recieved anything. They want answer my calls, normally I text and they text back but now that I want my documents ,no response. Finally she answers and tell me she has to get the plumber to write up the invoice with the price. But why I thought that was already done. How did they know what to charge me if that wasnt already written up. That was on Tuesday its Sunday and I still havent received anything. So yes they basically stole 500.00 from me and they know if. I wouldnt reccomend this company to a sole.

Fantastic experience. Came out at last minute to snake pipes after water backed up from toilet and bathtub. They know the Bowie Levitt homes well and were able to clear blockage quickly and professionally. They were clean, mindful of a sleeping baby, and cleaned the worksite before leaving. They also spotted 2 other issues and came back the next morning to fix. Affordable and they dress nicely. Highly Recommend!!

Was very satisfied with them the first time. Then came out mon needed to order parts. Did not hear from them Tues until I called. Said theyd come Wed did not. Called thurs apologized said theyd be hear Friday. Waited all day. Called 5 times, texted twice no response back at all. Very disappointed because I thought this was a good company and I wasted two days waiting for them. Very unprofessional
