      image Great team, best banfield in the area. Their availability is good. They can squeeze you in for last minute appointments and procedures. They handle each patient with care. All of the doctors are extremely nice, the nurses are hardworking, and the receptionists at the front handle the waves of people checking in very well. Only thing i will say is they need more staff to help with their big community of clients!

      image I left Banfield. It was almost 70$ per month and I had always to pay more, the coverage is not good.
      I like to have one doctor but I have almost never seen the same doctor.
      Plus in Bethesda they know nothing about traveling with a pet.

      image cancelled my plan after about 7 years - the doctors that are left are incompetent and continually misdiagnosed my dog, everyone's flustered, they stopped letting you in the exam room so face time with vets is extremely rushed and insufficient, they only offer unnecessary all day drop offs even for a quick shot - so happy elsewhere

      image Time for an update bc I have been raving about this for weeks and wanted to share- there is a vet named Dr. Om (I'm definitely probably spelling that wrong) who is BACK. Our Chihuahua turns 16 on Jan 14 and this is the ONLY vet we trust with her. She is beyond amazing and my drama queen dog walks out of the visit happy. Highly recommend! Every staff member here are like BEYOND amazing.
      GO SEE KRISTEN!! I was absolutely losing my mind earlier about my 15 and half year old Chihuahua. This wonderful lady went so many steps above and beyond. We live like 2 or 3 Petsmarts away but will always go back to this location because of their amazing employees. Give Kristen a raise and an honorary Psych degree, because she calmed the situation down in a way that let me BREATHE for the
      first time in days. Love you guys. And Kristen is an MVP!!
