All of the staff I interacted with were welcoming and friendly and understanding of my concerns. I recently switched the Small Door Veterinary, and both my dog and I are very happy with this decision!

I can not express how happy I am that I found small door vet!! All the staff I met were so sweet and informative. My dog had an absolute ball there! Appointments are an hour long and you get to spend a lot of time with your doctor. The waiting room is so pretty, has coffee, and does NOT smell like a vet. Im so happy theyre 5 minutes away from my house!! Would definitely recommend to anyone in Bethesda

I had a great experience taking my very shy and anxious cat to Small Door! The staff are all so friendly and very helpful. The long visit with the doctor was very beneficial and I felt that my cat received the best care. We will definitely be back.
