      image Terrible experience here in the mall today. my 18-month-old daughter was naturally drawn to a toy car displayed at the front of the store. With no signs indicating it was off-limits, she, like any toddler would, climbed in. It was evidently not pristine, signifying previous use. However, an employee approached us abruptly and insisted we exit the vehicle and the store.
      I understand the need to protect property, but if The Fix wishes to avoid such natural incidents, clear signage and proper barriers are essential. A phone repair shop should not leverage child-appealing attractions as dcor if they are not intended for interaction. This incident reflects not only on poor store planning but also on an evident lack of empathy and customer service
