I love Piercing Pagoda Ive been shopping here for decades. Of all locations Ive been too this location is giving me problems and have attitude and act like that dont want to be bother at all, you would think a job you have you need to make sales to have a nice check but dont want to help, example Im informing something was on clearance and they saying is not but I know because the same item is on clearance at another store but dont have a clearance section at all everything spread out and not organized and the staff dont help and act like I bothering them by shopping there, I will never go back.

Very nice lady working. I have had my ears pierced before and always had an allergic reaction to the earrings after and had to take them out subsequently. So I was worried that would happen again. These earrings are actually hypoallergenic and no reaction!

Today 11/30/2023 I called around 4:00pm to make sure that there would be some one there and I was assured by the person on the phone that someone would be at the store. When I arrived, there was nobody present. All the jewelry was still in the display case unattended. Another person arrived for a piercing appointment scheduled for 5:30. There was a sign saying they would return at 5:30pm so I waited. Around 5:35pm they returned, stinking of weed and clearly stoned. And they proceeded to pierce the client before attending to me. I would never let someone who was visibly intoxicated put a hole in my body let alone expect them to follow proper sanitation and safety standards. Good thing I was just there to pick up some jewelry.
The management at this place is a joke. Then again this mall has been on a steady decline since the mid 2010s. Hopefully, it doesnt follow in the footsteps of Lake Forest Mall.
