        I wish there was an allowance to give a negative star count. Piercing Pagoda is a SCAM, I paid well over $170 between two piercing sessions for my child, and the final result is that my child does not have pierced ears. The earrings constantly fell out, no matter the efforts to try to keep them in. When getting my child's ears pierced the second time, since I had the warranty, the piercer admitted to the earrings being faulty, and the above being a constant issue. The second time around the earrings literally fell into my child's earlobe, requiring me to dig out the earrings, this could have been disastrous This resulted in blood and many tears, in which my child is no longer interested in earrings. Please DO NOT use their piercing services especially for minors.
