The Children's Place

It's nearly noon on Saturday and they haven't opened. Website and mall management says they open at 10. I'm here to pickup an order. Edit: Store finally opened about noon. I also needed to return one item for a cash refund and they stated they couldn't do it, that they didn't have singles to make change. Male employee was incredibly rude to me and another customer who came in complaining about them opening two hours late.

Honestly, just shut down the store and start over. All 3 employees were behind the cash register when I walked in. No greeting no welcome. The clothes were disorganized. Honestly, a mess. Apparently the employees were too busy talking about someone named Anthony and his trust issues since he is a Gemini and how the female employee is the jealous type, however, the other guy behind the register isnt and if he gets jealous he would most likely keep it to himself and not make a it a huge issue. Respectfully this place is not worth it. If you are looking for good childrens clothes at this mall, Nordstrom has really good options in the same price range

This is the worst customer service ever! There is no greeting or welcome when you walk in the store, no assistance offered. They might as well just add self check out here because it doesnt seem like anyone is working here anyway. The two ladies were eating their lunch right on the floor behind the register sitting in chairs.

They closed the store for lunch break at 6pm. Never seen anything like it
