        Roosters Bethesda was able to take me right away on a Saturday morning with short notice using an ereservation. The shop was doing good business with all chairs full and calm efficiency. No loud talking, no excessive blow dry noise. It was my first cut with Kim and she put me right at ease. 5 stars.

      Borat, We are sorry your experience did not meet your expectations. Please provide more detail on what we could have done better. You mentioned a massage. Please keep in mind that Roosters does not provide masssages, and that is not part of our service offering. We offer an aroma therapy introduction with every service. Is that what you are referring to? What day were you in? I did a search to research what may have happened and there was no one with the name you replied with.
