Without question, Riz is the best barber in the DMV. The care and attention he pays to your request is unlike any other I have come across. Riz is also very honest you, in the most respectful way, letting you know that expectations and reality can differ. He really wants to leave the chair with the best cut you could ask for. I started going to Riz around 2 years ago and it has been the best decision I ever made. Most recently I followed Riz from his previous place of employment to his new self-owned barbershop. Riz is a consummate professional and his attention to detail , work ethic, and overall knowledge of men's grooming/style is unmatched in the D.C. area. Additionally, Riz is just a great human and I really enjoy our conversations every time I visit him. If you are looking for a top notch barber in the DMV area look no further - Riz is your man !

Its a real delight to welcome Riz to the neighborhood. Expect a friendly, relatable barber whose cuts/fades/styling are absolutely top notch (best in DC). A great experience through and through.

Spectacular! One of a kind! I was recommended to Riz as the best in the DMV several years ago, and I have been going to Riz ever since. I have followed him from different locations in Arlington to Navy Yard and now here in Chevy Chase. Living in VA it is a bit of a ride but VERY WORTH IT, every time. He is both a professional and a perfectionist! Now, with his new location it is much more private and relaxing. His space is easy to get to, easy to park and spacious. His skills and focus on his craft are clear. I consistently go to him for both his Classic Haircut and Beard Trim, EVERY time I leave completely impressed. I recommend him all the time.
