      image I don't know what happened to PNC Bank. It used to be my favorite bank, but evidently recent changes in the bank branch staffing (there are no tellers) and covid seems to have taken a toll. I can't get through to the bank on the phone, I can't make an appointment, the website appears to be broken and I haven't received my ATM card, and it's been over a month now, but I can't get ahold of anyone. Worst phone service robot as well, refuses to recognize my credentials. I'm about to take my money out and walk next door to another bank.
