CVS Pharmacy

Great news! This CVS & it's beyond awful Pharmacy is closing on 07/12/23! This has been a long time coming! The pharmacy staff that works here- from the techs, pharmacy cashiers and pharmacists have been getting away with deplorable treatment of customers for way too long. It's about time they get shut down! The few times I went there, I experienced nothing but horrible experiences. The pharmacy staff go out of their way to display poor customer service, never answering the phone, cursing at customers, lying about prescription status. Overall, they pride themselves on doing everything toNOT help customers or fill their prescriptions and displaying extreme unprofessionalism and bad attitudes. Do yourself a favor and avoid this CVS location at all costs!

I despise this CVS more than I could possibly put into words. Several (not all) pharmacy staff members are so disparaging and spiteful for absolutely no reason (both techs and pharmacists). The last two times I went there I told myself I would never go back. I wish I had listened to myself. Today (Saturday) was the icing on the cake. They literally lied to me and said my provider didn't call the script in when my provider 100% did. (I was on the phone with my provider this morning when they were on the phone with the CVS calling it in.) CVS magically got the order an hour before they closed tonight, so they won't have it ready until tomorrow (Sun). Now I'm scrambling to find a 24 hour pharmacy to have my provider call it in again to avoid a trip to the ER/urgent care tonight. (I told CVS that I couldn't wait until tomorrow to start this med. Unsurprisingly, they didn't care.) I've said it before and I'll say it again. I genuinely believe this CVS hates its patients. I believe they would rather their patients not get a medication and expire so that they'll have less scripts to fill/work to do in the future. I truly don't know why they work in healthcare. I can't wait to spend the rest of my life never stepping foot into this CVS again.

This place is horrible. Pharmacy isn't opened when it should be. The people who work when ask what time they open tell you when they get here

This CVS pharmacy needs a serious makeover. Don't mention the pharmacy it's horrible. How do keep people on hold and never take the call. We as consumers trust you to help us not diss us.. Unreal..

Save yourself a headache and do NOT go to this pharmacy. They lost my prescription & rarely ever pick up the phone. VERY UPSETTING.
