I was visiting a family member this past weekend and I didn't know what to expect because of things that I heard. I must tell you that my experience with this place was extremely delightful. When I entered into the facility, I was greeted with such excitement from Donnie Neal who was the manager on duty. He was in the lobby talking and laughing with patients and they seemed super happy. He greeted me with a smile and was very interested in how I was because I was really down. After talking with him, I felt encouraged and my sadness quickly went away. He was the nicest most professional person you could ever meet. On my way to find the room I was looking for, I got lost. I then encountered Ashley who asked if I needed help. She didn't just give me directions, she actually walked me to the room with pleasure and conversation. While in the room, Donnie came to check on me and my family to ensure we were accommodated well. The place was super clean, smelled so good, and very active and interactive and engaging when it came to the people staying there. I met Nita and she kept a smile on my face by being aoninvolves with the people and making them laugh uncontrollably, which was so great, bringing such a family atmosphere. Sometimes you have to see what something is like for yourself. It encouraged me to inquire about bringing my mother there. Thank you to all of you who made my experience memorable.
