Pharmacy review* Silvie, the pharmacist, is absolutely unprofessional and has jumped down my throat more than once about my Rx orders. Ive been double charged, yelled at, disregarded, gaslit, and had my time sensitive Rxs delayed, to no fault of my own. Next day delivery really means I should have just done regular mail delivery, or just used a different pharmacy all together. Prices at Safeway are more affordable, but Ill figure out a way to pay more for my meds to not have to go through the unprofessionalism and lack of customer care at this pharmacy. Thank you for my medication withdrawal(s), Safeway. Mercy Hospital ER and Union Memorial Hospital ER say hello.

Pharmacy is great, the staff is very helpful. Safeway general employees not helpful at all, very poor quality produce

The pharmacist here is SUPER RUDE ! Very POOR customer service, im calling trying figure out how I can get my prescription filled and picked up on time. She is just steady talking over top of me, not listening to my question, and overall just BLATANTLY RUDE. She did not help nor answer my question i called for, also on top of that I called yesterday even which was ( March 20, 2024 around 6pm )That pharmacist needs retraining or to actually do her job, this whole situation wouldve been avoided if she wouldve gave the correct information to the prescribing doctor. Theres no way in the world that when a prescribing doctor called to check the stock of a narcotic she is told its in stock and can be filled, then when the patient gets to SAFEWAY PHARMACY to pickup THE SAME DAY within HOURS of the call the medication is goneDid it fly away ? It just walked out the store ? or the pharmacist just didnt care too much to actually check the stock ? Now todays pharmacist just doesnt seem to listen im trying to explain to her that the prescribing doctor is under the impression that the medication can be filled then she get a message the next day saying oh sorry for the inconvenient but that medication is not in stock YET okay sooo I follow up LATER TODAY ( which is the same day ) and now all of a sudden its been on back order for 6+ months..what ?? So you mean to tell me that this pharmacy is so unorganized that THEY DONT KNOW WHAT IS UNSTOCK, THEY CANT GIVE IT THE CORRECT INFORMATION, AND THEY ALL HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Also, why has it been 6+ months since a medication has been received ? Doesnt seem like anyone is trying to do there job nowadays.I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING HERE, FILLING ANY MEDICATION ANYMOREThis problem needs to be raised, someone above the pharmacist needs to step in cause this is Absorb. If this location hasnt had medication in 6+ months what has been done for all the other patients ? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
