Older man that is on the sales floor is pushy to say the least. We ended up getting the highest level of padding offered. Carpet initially looked nice but that lasted not even a month. Since then its looked heavily trafficked. There is an area where the seam came open and is starting to fray. Since the sales person guaranteed us "the best" warranty I called. The person I dealt with was nice (Jennifer) but there was nothing offered unless we were willing to pay a minimum service fee of $125. Will not be using them for any flooring needs in the future.

In 2019 I returned home from a deployment with a little money in my pocket and wanted to do some renovations on my house.My wife and I purchased several hundred sq/ft (three rooms worth) of Coretec "100% waterproof" LVP flooring from this location of Next Day Floors. It took 2 weeks to get an installer which my wife and I thought was pretty funny considering the name of the store... but that wasn't the issue. Just a year and a half after the floor was installed all of the planks in two of the three rooms started to buckle in the middle. It was awful. Soon after the third room buckled as well. We reached out to next day floors via calls and e-mail several times. I must have spoke with the salesmen, Neil (who was completely unhelpful) and a woman named Cynthia Scott at least 5 times before finally reaching out to a higher up with next day floors and getting an appointment for the flooring to be inspected. A gentlemen...( and I use that term very loosely) named Rob Wedge came out with a meter that tests for the presence of water under the floor. He kicked the meter around the floor and found nothing. He was a jerk the whole time and was attempting to come up with every excuse to not have to repair/replace the flooring. Rob Wedge ignored phone calls from my wife's phone but picked up immediately when we called from another line. He was completely unprofessional and condescending. Finally, we had a break through. Cynthia  Scott told my wife that we could get a credit back on our floor. We went to the Dundalk location to pick out a different flooring and they acted as though they didn't want to help us. We ended up leaving the store and contacting the manufacture directly for a resolution. Bottom line is they are rude, their service is slow, they're over priced and they have no integrity. If you need flooring go to home depot and use one of their professional installers! Save yourself the money and mental anguish.
