We had our consultation with Israel before COVID-19 was a thing and by the time we had wanted to start our job we were all in quarantine, so it got postponed. However, it was worth the wait. We wanted to replace our carpeted stairs and upstairs hallway with hardwood to match the existing railings as you can see he indeed matched them. The basement stairs were a little lighter but overall a pretty spot on match. He does beautiful work, I highly recommend him. He was willing to wear a mask while working inside the house, which was a condition agreed upon before deciding to move forward. He kept the area clean, and always made sure to clean up any messes before leaving for the day. My only complaint is that he works a little slow, even on days he has assistance. We initially were told that the job would take a week but it ended up being a 2 week job. And he rarely showed up when he said he would in the morning. So if he tells you he will be there at 9:30am that could mean anywhere between 9:30 and 11:30 am. I'm not discounting his stars for that because I'm so happy about how well the floor/stairs turned out.

Jackson Floors worked magic on our home. We had a flood in our home and had to have our wood floors fixed. We called many flooring companies including the original floor installer and no one could help us. They would show up quote crazy prices and then never call back. We finally found Jackson Floor Company on the internet. Owner Israel Jackson answered our call right away. Set an appointment and showed up on schedule. He recognized our 15 year floor and knew where he could find it. It was an exact match to our current floor. He set a schedule to complete our work. While in our home he was very respectful and kept our house clean. He even showed up during a snow storm to finish our job on schedule. Overall Jackson floors was the best company for our job.
