        Was in there today June 14th. The male main pharmacist was so rude to my 10 year old daughter for asking if they had a restroom. I will never go back in there EVER! Somebody needs to talk to him!

        If I could give 0 stars I would. Was trying to speak with someone in the pharmacy and was placed on hold for 20 minutes and then was hung up on. When I attempted to call back, the system said they went to lunch. Called back after the lunch break and was placed on hold for another 20 minutes. CVS, you might as well not have this store because it's wasting our time and yours.

        The pharmacy manager Tonka is very rude. They review calls on caller id and don't pick up the phone if they view you as annoying. They would prefer you wait in line then call on the phone to update your information. If they make a mistake, they do not apologize. The pharmacy manager perfers to tell you this is how he likes to do things instead of company policies. What happen to giving great customer service? The only ppl in the pharmacy that are sometimes nice are the cashiers ( depends who is working that day). If you dont like working there find another job. CVS should hire better people that enjoy giving quality customer service.
