1 week husband med still havent been transferred to cvs spoke to jason from corporate say there is nothing corporate can do I have to go back to Walgreen an speak to pharmacy after explain that my husband need steroid for his throat and antibiotics Jason from corporate assured me that it would be taking care of being vindictive they sent his 2022 prescription to cvs CVs said we cant fill it the script has expired if you like being treated like your at department of social service or a soup line take your prescriptions here!!!!! I went to your store today 2204 N rolling road , Baltimore Maryland.. around 12:20pm,, and I was shopping for tooth brushes for me and my child and other beauty products... My child is an autistic 3 year old. who does not do well with being told no... She picked up a toy from your store and I told her no.. She threw a tantrum... It's already embarrassing enough my child throws these tantrums and due to her condition it is hard for her to calm down .. When I was quickly trying to cash out with the little bit of products I had ... I hear an employee who is cashing out whatever snack items she had . She is bashing me and my child.. saying people let their kids do whatever now a days, I have no control over my child, this place is not a daycare ... I can understand if my child was grabbing products and throwing them around... But all my child was doing was crying really loud and stimming.. Her stimming is running around in a circle . She was circling around your store .. The employee didn't know I was the mother and I was right behind her ... I continued to let her rant because I wanted to see how far she would go.. she finally walks away and she sees my child circling.. She finally says Whose child is this.. I said MINE.... She became real quiet..... I asked the fellow cashier upfront... I do not Remember his name but I have my receipts . I asked him for her name, and corporates number .. And I told him if she can't handle working at a FAMILY STORE .. Where kids and BOUND TO CRY .. She needs to find a new profession .. Beyond disheartening... He told me her name was stefan or Stephan or Stephanie or stefani... I do not know exactly which one it was .. But she was a black female, with long braids and clear glasses. About 5"2..

This is by far the worst Walgreens that I ever tried to use. Customer service doesn't seem to be their priority in pharmacy. Unprofessional all around from answering the telephone to providing information on their next delivery. If I could give them a negative number, I would. Transferred to Weiss!!
