The manager of this office, James Jim Parks, is the most unprofessional person in the Real Estate industry today. He lies about everything, he manipulates, he steals. He has a long history of ripping off agents and customers and now he continues his ways under the Coldwell Banker brand. Agents and consumers alike should proceed with caution with this office.

They have an agent named Awilda Dunning that uses her own personal bias to sway her clients to reject your offer. If she is a seller agent for a house you are looking to buy, she will be unresponsive and ignore your agent. Because this is a seller market, she will treat buyers and their agents unprofessionally. She even was bold enough to tell my lender on a recorded line, that she does not like working with them because she had a bad experience with them. Even after sending a complaint to her broker, the manager William did not even apologize for the illegal action of his agent, that caused me to miss out on a home. He said he will talk to her to inform her she cannot show bias with lenders. Coldwell does not hold their agents accountable so I will see to it that I do and pursue legal action against them and Awilda Dunning.

This review is for Amy Stusek of Coldwell Annapolis Plaza. My wife and I were in the market for a new home in the fall of 2019. After finding a place we liked, we scheduled a viewing online. Amy showed up and was more than happy to be our agent and showed us more properties after that. When we found a place that we liked, we gave her all of the information that was needed to send the offer. We knew that our offer was lower than what they were asking, but wanted her to complete the paperwork anyway. After reading the paperwork, we discovered that Amy was charging us, the buyers, a 2.5% commission. Anyone who has any knowledge of real estate transactions knows it's unheard of for an agent to charge commission to a buyer. It is my opinion that Amy thought she could charge us an extra 2.5% to earn more commission because we seemed like eager first time buyers. It is my hope in writing this review that no one falls into this trap. In our case, this would have cost us another $8000! When we emailed back, telling her to cancel the deal and that we were going to use another realtor, we never heard back from her.
