Nancy is an amazing mix of know-how to get you through the maze of home buying and selling, along with being a huge support for the ups and downs of the process. She came into my life during a lot of difficult changes and was a source of strength, super knowledgable, and incredibly kind! My wife and I are first time homebuyers and the homebuyer experience can be extremely intimidating and stressful, but we worked with Nancy and had a fantastic experience! She was always there to answer our calls and texts quickly, and helped us feel calm and comfortable throughout the experience. Nancy was also very honest with us and pointed out the negatives of each house and let us know if she didnt think it was a good fit. Nancy Gowan is a beast! She got us into our home in an incredibly competitive market and desirable area. We are so grateful our friend recommended her! We landed in Crofton and in the best school district ever. We love it here and are so glad we had Nancy to help us decide where to move our family. She is very knowledgeable of the Maryland area outside the beltway and knows the pros and cons of each neighborhood down to traffic patterns and community events. She has connections with the local realtors and contractors which gave us a huge leg up in the offers. Because we were out of state, we had to purchase sight unseen.
